Job summary

CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a Rental Assistance Application Processor-ERAP Reviewer/Processor to determine program eligibility, review documentation, and assist tenants and landlords with Emergency Rental Assistance in the DMV area.

This onsite role requires ERAP experience, excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment under supervision by a Portfolio Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and related coursework.
• Experience with ERAP or rental assistance programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review applications to determine eligibility and finalize for QC.
• Verify documents for authenticity and accuracy.
• Calculate income, deductions, and determine assistance amounts.
• Communicate with applicants to obtain missing information.
• Maintain confidentiality of applicant information.
• Prepare reports on application status and delays.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve workflow.
