Job summary

RCAP Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Representative to manage a caseload of clients in rental assistance programs. Under supervision, you will ensure program compliance with federal/state requirements and RCAP policies, while supporting a team-oriented environment.

You will perform re-examinations, verify incomes, process subsidies, and assist landlords and participants with timely notifications. Strong attention to detail and bilingual ability are preferred traits for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in housing or social service programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and related software systems.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete annual re-examinations for assigned caseload and ensure uninterrupted housing assistance.
• Conduct client orientation for new voucher holders and document required information securely.
• Verify income, assets, and family composition to determine eligibility and subsidy levels.
• Process interims, lease-ups, terminations, and notify landlords/participants timely.
• Maintain communication with applicants, participants, and landlords and coordinate with agencies.
