BluePearl Pet Hospital in the United States seeks an experienced Emergency Veterinary Technician to join our busy team. You will provide high‑level patient care in critical situations, supporting veterinarians in anesthesia, monitoring, triage, and therapy.

Your day includes radiography, IV access, blood draws, CPR readiness, and mentoring junior staff, all while communicating with owners with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Veterinary Technician in emergency/critical care.
• Ability to monitor anesthesia and vital signs.
• Proficient in radiography and venous access (IV catheters).

Responsibilities

• Induce, monitor and recover anesthesia and monitor patients.
• Triage emergency cases and obtain vitals (temp, HR, RR, BP).
• Perform digital radiography with proper patient positioning.
• Administer meds via appropriate routes and durations.
• Place IV catheters and assist with CPR when needed.
• Mentor and train fellow staff and provide compassionate client care.
