VEG ER for Pets is looking for an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join their team in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. This role focuses on emergency veterinary care where you’ll work closely with doctors to provide compassionate support to animals and their owners during critical moments.

You’ll manage a variety of cases and utilize advanced techniques in emergency response, ensuring high-quality care. Candidates should hold veterinary credentials and have relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician required; VTS in ECC preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in veterinary technician role preferred.
• Excellent communication and calm under pressure.
• Ability to lift patients up to 40 kg with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care, treatments, and emotional support.
• Jump into triage, diagnosis, and critical care.
• Perform CPR and advanced procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Handle all tech operations including sample collection.
