You will oversee scheduling, credentialing, onboarding, and ongoing staff development, with strong collaboration with hospital leadership to optimize patient flow and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed as a Veterinary Technician in the state of the VEG practice.
• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role, emergency experience preferred; 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day flow for nursing team and ensure tools and support are available.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, productivity, hiring, onboarding and offboarding.
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy and clarity.
• Partner with hospital leadership to align goals and hospital flow.
• Lead with VEG values and foster a culture of learning and development.
