You'll oversee floor operations, coordinate breaks, lead huddles, and partner with hospital leadership on staffing and learning opportunities. The position requires CVT/RVT/LVMT credentials and 1+ year ER experience, with nights, weekends, and holidays rotation.

Qualifikationen

• CVT/RVT/LVMT credential or enrolled in VEG credentialing program.
• Minimum 1 year experience as veterinary technician or assistant, ER/ specialty preferred.
• Strong grasp of clinical workflow and team dynamics.
• Able to guide others with empathy in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ownership mindset and desire to grow professionally.
