The role involves recording patient histories, attaching records, creating summaries, handling discharge templates, and coordinating with the Charge Nurse for scheduling procedures and patient care across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of client care experience, preferably in veterinary field.
• Proficiency with veterinary computer systems to input charges and patient info.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency setting with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record patient history from registration to the medical record.
• Attach DVM records, diagnostics, and create summaries in patient history.
• Begin discharge templates for DVM approval and finalization.
