VEG ER for Pets is seeking veterinarians to join the New ER Doctor (NERD) program. This six‑month immersive path transforms practicing veterinarians into confident VEG ER doctors through real-case experience and structured mentorship.

Qualifications

• A passion for helping people and their pets.
• A valid DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree.
• Be a practicing veterinarian for 1+ years.
• Willingness to live and work in emergency medicine environment.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with VEG doctors on real ER cases with hands-on mentorship.
• Gain ER experience with 3-4 hospital shifts per week (days, swings, nights) and weekly case discussions.
• Learn client-centered communication and the VEG Way.
