Mass General Brigham is seeking a Unit Secretary at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital in Boston. The role supports the Nursing Director and Unit Based Patient Care Team with clerical duties, patient coordination, and telephone communications in a fast-paced ED setting.

Responsibilities include scheduling tests, maintaining medical records in EPIC, handling patient sign-in, and assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges. Strong organization and customer service are essential.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in medical or customer service setting preferred.

• Answers unit phones and takes accurate messages.
• Manages patient records and scheduling in EPIC ASAP module.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient flow on the unit.
• Greets patients and visitors and provides directions as needed.
