Job summary

American Family Care in Union City is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver patient care within the scope of training and agreement. The APP will work collaboratively with providers and staff, focusing on efficient patient flow and high satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will be communicative, licensed in their practice state, and prepared to handle various medical responsibilities. The position offers a compensation of $65.00 - $85.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified – 1 yr ER/UC experience preferred.
• Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete health histories and develop medical assessments.
• Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and institute therapy.
• Provide instructions regarding health care to patients/family.
