American Family Care, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver patient care within a franchised business location. The APP will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction. Qualifications

• 1 year Urgent Care experience required.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete health histories and develop comprehensive medical assessments.
• Formulate medical diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals.
• Institute emergency measures and treatments in urgent situations.
• Interpret and analyze patient data to determine management and treatment.

Skills

Excellent communication with staff and patients

Ability to multi-task and work independently

Education

ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified

Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure
