Job summary

American Family Care is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to care for patients within scope of training at a franchised location. The role collaborates with other providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction.

Compensation is hourly and varies by franchise; benefits and schedule options are available. The position requires ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA certification and active PA/NP licensure with DEA and state CDS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• Proficient professional appearance and attitude.
• Active and current PA/NP licensure with DEA number and state CDS where practicing.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive health histories, review records, and order appropriate tests.
• Formulate medical diagnoses and refer patients to facilities or resources as needed.
• Provide emergency measures in critical situations and stabilize patients.
• Interpret data to determine patient status and management.
