Zusammenfassung

Emerus is seeking a Part-Time Nights ER Technician to provide technical assistance and compassionate patient care across assigned areas. You will collect clinical data, take vitals, collect specimens, and assist with procedure preparation while maintaining strict privacy and aseptic standards.

The role requires completion of relevant medical training, BLS, and preferred ACLS/PALS certifications. Travel to multiple facility locations may be necessary, and a flexible, teamwork‑oriented environment

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED and relevant healthcare training as outlined.
• Current BLS certification as required in most markets.
• ACLS/ALS certification preferred in many markets; exceptions apply.
• PALS certification strongly preferred in many markets.
• Experience with IV starts, phlebotomy, and EKG initiation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collect, report, and document clinical data including vital signs and specimens.
• Perform lab testing per policies and regulatory standards (COLA/CLIA).
• Assist with patient activities and safety per care plan.
• Provide superficial wound care and ensure patient privacy.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and proper aseptic technique.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Travel to all facility locations as required and attend mandated meetings.
