You will plan staff training, guide clinical practice, and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care. The role requires 5+ years ER experience and Charge nurse experience.

Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• TNCC certification required.
• ENPC certification preferred.
• MICN certification preferred.
