Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree in Nursing.
• 2 years of clinical RN experience.
• Current CA RN license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Plan the overall nursing care and functions in a nursing unit during a shift.
• Supervise nursing staff on the shift and assign patients based on condition and staff skill.
• Anticipate staffing needs and respond proactively to them.
• Oversee stocking of supplies and update patient records for next shifts.

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing

California RN license

BLS certification (AHA)
