Doctors Medical Center of Modesto is seeking a Shift Manager in Cardiology to coordinate staff and ensure optimal patient care during the day shift. Reporting to the Cardiology Manager, you will lead nursing teams and apply the nursing process to achieve excellent outcomes.

The role requires a California RN license and 3–5 years of acute care experience, with preferred certifications (BLS, ACLS; CCRN/RCIS).

Qualifications

• Three to five years acute care experience
• Managerial communication preferred
• California RN license, BLS, ACLS, CCRN/RCIS preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services of staff to patients during the designated shift.
• Ensure patient care aligns with age and developmental level.
• Collaborate with staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to meet patient needs.
