Job summary

Med Career Solutions is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) for the Emergency Room. This full-time night-shift leadership role focuses on operational management, resource allocation, and delivering safe, high-quality patient care in a high-volume ER.

Requirements include BSN or ADN with MSN, NC RN license (eNLC may apply), and BLS. A minimum of five years nursing experience with proven leadership is required; relocation and a comprehensive benefits package may be offered.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with MSN is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license in North Carolina; eNLC license may apply.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience; at least 2 years in hospital leadership; prior leadership experience required.
