Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Three to five years acute care experience or equivalent; managerial communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine staffing requirements to ensure safe patient care.
• Assist Nurse Director with evaluations and performance management.
• Develop unit goals and plans; monitor budgets and supplies.
• Oversee shifts, ensure unit cleanliness and stock delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary care planning and safety initiatives.
• Perform walking rounds and ensure timely shift turnover.
