Tenet Healthcare’s Doctors Medical Center Modesto is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing activities in one or more patient care units. You will verify patient needs are met and evaluate care quality while coordinating with related teams.

You will plan staff training, guide clinical practice, and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care. The role requires 5+ years ER experience and Charge nurse experience.

Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• TNCC certification required.
• ENPC certification preferred.
• MICN certification preferred.

Position Summary

Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units. Verifies that patients’ needs are met and evaluates unit nursing care and performance. Participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related teams.
