Job summary

Emerus is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the ED. The role requires 2+ years of ED experience, active BLS/ACLS/PALS, and PA licensure. Weekend night shifts and day shifts with weekend coverage are required, with full-time status and hospital benefits.

Qualifications

• ER RN experience preferred or 2+ years in ED or similar setting.
• Current state RN license without sanctions.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate nursing care in the ED.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Perform admissions, transfers and discharges as needed.
