Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas
• 2+ years RN ER or equivalent experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications current
• Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER setting
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Follow physician orders and infection control protocols
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Prepare equipment and assist with procedures as needed
