Emerus, in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Health, seeks a highly skilled Emergency Room Nurse for its 16-bed small-format hospital in Fort Worth. This PRN Swing shift (11am-11pm) role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree (BSN preferred), active RN license in Texas, 2+ years ER or equivalent, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in Texas, or multi-state license with Texas eligibility, required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Provide age-specific nursing care and ensure patient safety and comfort.
