Job summary

Banner Health's Banner Staffing Services-AZ in Page, Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse RN for the Emergency Department on a per diem basis. The temporary assignment runs 13 weeks with night shifts 7pm–7am, totaling 36 hours per week.

This role is a per diem position with no guaranteed hours or benefits. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ED, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment while documenting care and

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social and discharge planning needs in the ED.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care with input from patient/family and health team.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise nursing activities to ensure safe patient care.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise plans; document care in the patient record.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement.
