Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Banner Ironwood Medical Center in Queen Creek, AZ. This full-time night shift position runs three 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with weekend/holiday rotation. Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Plan and coordinate care with the health care team, including discharge planning.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed; document outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and other care providers; maintain accurate records.
