Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate electronic health record documentation.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and fosters ethical decision-making.
