Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Mount Pleasant Emergency Department. The role involves delivering direct patient care across the continuum, aligning with evidence-based practices, and contributing to safety and quality initiatives.

The position requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, a current RN license (BSN preferred) and BLS certification. Willingness to float within the service area and maintain accurate EHR documentation is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact and/or single-state license to practice in the state(s) served.
• BLS certification.
• Experience typically 1 year in clinical nursing.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care; engages patients and families.
