Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to deliver high-quality patient care. The role is .9 FTE with shifts from 1 pm to 1 am, requiring every 4th weekend and every 3rd holiday, and pays within a challenging range.

The incumbent will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and uphold safety standards. The position requires a BSN (preferred) and an active RN license with the ability to practice in the designated state.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges in the required state(s).
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Ensure accurate and timely EHR documentation and safe medication administration.
• Maintain patient safety and effective communication within the care team.
• May float to other units as needed and adhere to ethics and standards.
