Job summary

Spring View Hospital, LLC in Lebanon, KY is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night shift in our Emergency Department. The ED is an 11-bed unit delivering specialized care to critically ill patients, supported by modern technology and a collaborative team culture.

This full-time position requires an active RN license, BLS within 30 days, ACLS/PALS within 12 months, and at least one year of ED experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within 12 months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments and other medical care.
• Documents patient care given.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines including transfers, discharge and referrals.
• Educates patient and/or family appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
