Job summary

WLR ER LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for night shifts. The role involves rapid patient assessment, triage, and emergency care for all ages, with supervision of support staff and close collaboration with physicians to implement care plans.

Applicants should have two years of ED experience, an active RN license, and current BCLS/CPR; ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC are preferred. English fluency is required for patient communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of emergency room experience.
• Current Licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners for their state.
• Current BCLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough head-to-toe assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Assign triage categories to ensure timely care based on urgency.
• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages.
• Administer medications accurately following the five rights.
• Supervise ER Technicians and other staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain procedures and plans.
