Bon Secours Chester Emergency Center seeks an ER RN to deliver high-quality nursing care in a busy ED. You will assess patients, determine priorities, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to achieve the best outcomes.

Requirements include RN licensure, an accredited nursing degree (AS or BSN), and BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable. Prior ER/CC experience is preferred; EPIC EHR familiarity is a plus. This is a night-shift, on-site role at the Chester ED.

Qualificações

• 1 year of professional RN licensure and practice
• Experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and prioritization skills

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Manage care for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced ED
• Update and revise care plans to achieve outcomes
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments
• Administer medications safely per policies
