Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Room at the Chester Emergency Center. You will assess patients, lead care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-intensity setting.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS are preferred within 6 months of hire. EPIC EHR experience is preferred to support efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state with active licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor nursing program.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in a fast-paced ED.
• Assess patient status and determine priority of care needs.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely according to policy.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments.
