Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years ER or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Monitor signs and symptoms; observe patient status.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Perform admissions, transfers and discharges as needed.
• Prepare equipment and assist with procedures.
