Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience required for all float positions.
• 10 months med-surg or acute care experience required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and ethical code.
• Record medical history, administer medications, IV therapy as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with physicians and the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and home care requirements.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students.
