Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Complete Care-Lake Pleasant unit in Peoria, AZ. This full-time role covers day shifts (0700–1930) with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

The RN will assess, monitor, and treat patients, build care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes. Ideal candidates hold an AZ RN license with ER or acute care experience, and BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior ER RN experience required.
• Arizona RN license required.
• BSN preferred; ADN or Diploma acceptable with BSN completion within 60 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, document medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medications and IV therapy per orders.
• Develop and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and home care needs.
• Precept staff and support competency development.
