Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, AZ RN license, and at least 1 year of RN experience in med-surg or acute care. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 is offered, with opportunities to grow within a large nonprofit healthcare system.

Qualifications

• RN license in AZ or compact state upon hire.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.
• Stroke education requirements apply to staff.
• Med-surg/acute experience: >10 months; float positions require 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in Cardiac Catheterization Lab per ANA standards.
• Record patient history, perform diagnostics, administer meds and IVs; monitor and document.
• Educate patients and families on care, post-treatment needs and home care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Precept new staff and support competency development.
