Job summary

HonorHealth's Sonoran Crossing Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department on the evening shift (11:00–23:30). The RN delivers high-acuity patient care, administers medications, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Preference given to ER RN experience; a $15,000 sign-on bonus is available. Compliance with ANA/Code of Ethics and AZ RN licensure is required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Arizona with active license.
• BSN preferred.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity patient care in ED.
• Administer medications and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Document patient data and outcomes.
• Ensure safety and quality of care across all tasks.
