Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for night shift in Complete Care-Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, AZ. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, monitor IVs, and educate patients under ANA standards.

Applicants must hold an active RN license and BLS, with BSN progression or higher preferred; the organization offers a $15k sign-on bonus and a supportive environment within a large Arizona nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in-state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in acute care or ER setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to ANA standards and institutional policies.
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and manage IV therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care needs.
• Document clinical data and outcomes in the patient record.
