Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring an Emergency Department (RN) in Goodyear, AZ. The role invites nurses with experience in trauma, fast track, and psychiatric care to apply, with day, night, and mid shifts available and full-time, part-time, or per diem options.

Required ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license; 1+ year ER experience preferred. ACLS/PALS certifications are preferred. Benefits include healthcare, 401(K), and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications, and operate equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate to develop care plans and determine discharge needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
