Job summary

Tenet-AZ Region in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ED to provide professional nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. The role involves coordinating care with other disciplines, nursing assessments, and implementing orders while ensuring patient safety.

Applicants should hold a Nursing degree and valid AZ RN license, with ACLS/PALS as applicable. Preferred candidates have ED or acute care experience and strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and patient

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• ER/ED ACLS/PALS as applicable by facility and orientation.
• Current Arizona RN license and BLS/CPR.
• Experience preferred in emergency settings and neonatal care as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in the ED and coordinates with other disciplines.
• Assesses patient needs and develops individualized care plans.
• Administers orders and ensures patient safety and quality of care.
• May supervise a shift and delegate tasks to staff.
