HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department in Arizona. The role focuses on providing high-quality nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and patient education in a fast-paced ED setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications and therapies, coordinating with the care team, and developing individualized care plans with family involvement. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifikationen

• BSN preferred; diploma/ADN hires must complete BSN within 60 months or have 10 years RN experience.
• Med-surg or acute care RN experience required; float roles require 1 year RN experience.
• AZ RN licensure and BLS certification required; national certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and code of ethics; document progress and plans.
• Administer medications, IVs, and therapies; monitor patient status and adjust care.
• Develop and revise patient care plans with a family-centered approach.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and post-care needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
