Job summary

Schedule is 64 hours per pay period, 8-hour evening shifts with every other weekend. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, coordinates with the health care team, and ensures quality outcomes for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• MN RN licensure required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• ACLS required by end of orientation.
• ENPC certification and TNCC within 1 year of hire.
• 1 year RN ED or pediatric/adult critical care/telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan nursing care for the ED population.
• Deliver interventions and provide patient and family instruction.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and delegate as appropriate.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and the MN Nurse Practice Act.
