Job summary

Fairview Health Services operates the Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN, seeking a Registered Nurse for the fast-paced Emergency Department. Qualifications

• RN license valid in Minnesota (MN RN license).
• 1 year ED or ICU RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care for all assigned patients.
• Coordinate care with health care team and delegate as appropriate.
• Develop individualized plans based on age, condition and needs.
• Evaluate care and patient response to interventions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and team.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
• Support a culture of clinical excellence and teamwork.
