Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED setting at Queen City Medical Center.

You will collaborate with an interprofessional team, assess patient needs, develop care plans, and administer medications safely while maintaining a safe environment for all patients. Requires RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS qualifications with time to obtain any missing certs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications (ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire).
• 1 year of professional RN experience; ER/ICU preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Evaluate and update the plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patients’ care coordination across departments.
• Administer medications safely and per policy.
