Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an ER Registered Nurse to join the West Hospital Emergency Department. The role emphasizes accurate patient assessment, collaboration with an interprofessional team, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS (PALS preferred), and at least one year of RN experience; ED/CC experience preferred but not required. EPIC EHR experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support and PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (preferred at hire; ACLS/PALS required within 6 months).
• One (1) year of professional RN experience; Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting.
• Evaluate and revise the care plan to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination.
• Administer medications safely.
• Support other duties as assigned.
