Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an ER Registered Nurse (RN) for Queen City Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. The RN will deliver high-quality emergency care, collaborate with an interprofessional team, and lead care planning to improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, active RN licensure, and is prepared for ongoing certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS and ACLS/PALS certifications preferred or obtainable post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care in the ER setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Assess patient status and determine priority of needs.
• Administer medications safely according to policy.
• Develop and adjust patient care plans to improve outcomes.
