Job summary

Emerus seeks an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will provide age-appropriate nursing care, document accurately, and follow physician orders to ensure patient safety.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree (BSN preferred), current RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or comparable experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association; ENPC certification may substitute for PALS; TNCC preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care.
• Complete accurate, legible documentation on medical records.
• Observe and record signs, symptoms and physiological status.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
