Job summary

Emerus is seeking a registered nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care with age-specific and specialty considerations in a fast-paced ER environment.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license, an associate degree (BSN preferred), and 2+ years of full-time ER or critical care experience, with current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. English fluency required and HIPAA-compliant documentation expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of full-time ER or similar experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Monitor patient signs, symptoms, and physiological status.
• Follow physician orders and infection control procedures.
• Prepare and transfer patients per protocol.
