Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS, CPI, TNCC/PALS or equivalent pediatric life support certifications.
• RN licensure required and active in state of employment.
• Graduate-level nursing credentials preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in ER.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to meet standards.
• Document care in patient records accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and self-care.
• Advocate for patients and ensure safety and quality outcomes.
