Qualifications

• Current Texas RN Nursing License in good standing.
• Two years ER experience as an RN
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required.
• Pass background check(s)
• Strong technical skills (IV, Foley, NG tubes, wound care)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with patient care focus
• Able to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Effective team player and strong interpersonal communication
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with EMR/EPM systems and standard software

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient-focused care per physician orders and Texas laws.
• Assist physician/provider and supervise delegated tasks for staff.
• Support and maintain laboratory and facility operations as needed.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of the facility.
• Adhere to OSHA, CLIA, and safety guidelines.
