Qualifications

• Must be an RN and hold RN license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates onboarding and orientation for nursing and other staff.
• Facilitates orientation to align with organizational values and culture.
• Identifies learning needs and plans educational content with learner engagement.
• Collaborates with Clinical Education Market Director to review outcomes data and refine activities.
• Applies adult education theory and evaluation methods to courses and curricula.
